This cottage has 6 tatami mats in the bedroom, a living room (4.5 tatami mats + 8 tatami flooring, including a kitchen), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a 100-inch large-screen projector. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove (2 ports), a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, cooking utensils and dishes, and there is a stopover hot spring (adult 700 yen ~), a hinoyasan, a direct sales shop for vegetables picked in the morning, a delicious bakery and a set meal shop within walking distance. From waking up in the morning to sleeping at night, this is the perfect location to feel the sea and spend some time with your family and friends. As you enter the front door of the cottage, the green of the trees and the sparkling light of the ocean jumps into your eyes.The 20-tatami mat living room with a high ceiling has a sofa, kitchen, loft, and a fireplace in winter, and is a relaxing space for families and friends. When you go out from the window to the terrace, you can see the sky and sea spreading out from the sea.You can luxuriously feel the comfortable breeze and sky flowing slowly in the jacuzzi and hammock swing. From the terrace, go up one more flight of stairs to the sky deck.There is only nature as far as the eye can see.The breathtaking scenery spreads out. The relaxed flow of the sea and fishing boats in Izu, you can hear the sound of birds in the creek.It's a great detox. Then, go down one floor to enjoy a charcoal BBQ while listening to the babbling of the river in the forest.It was delicious, fun, and a great memory. At night, the starry sky is dazzling, and if the weather is good, you can see shooting stars!You can enjoy the beauty of the sky.

This tiny house is within walking distance to all the beaches in Kisami. (Iritahama is the nearest beach, 7 minutes on foot/11 m above sea level) Especially recommended for those who love the sea, surfing, and swimming! There is also a Wi-Fi environment in the facility, so please use it for long-term stays and travel as a base for workcation and Izu travel. The kitchen is equipped with a single burner stove (gas) and simple cooking utensils, dishes, and condiments. We also provide free rental items for guests to use. Bicycles and kickboards are available for free, so please feel free to use them for a stroll during your stay. If you'd like to BBQ, please check the house rules for details. Also, please note that the facility is non-smoking, so please smoke outdoors. Please see the house rules for smoking areas. Access is 10 minutes by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station, get off at Iritah stop and walk 3 minutes, or 5 minutes by car from Izukyu Shimoda Station. This is the perfect place to stay for a family.We can accommodate up to 6 guests at no additional cost.The concept is "staying here as if you live".The retro Japanese house has plenty of Japanese emotions.Located on a hill with windows in three directions, so Shimoda Park, Shimoda Port, and Shimoda downtown have views from the castle.Especially the evening view is spectacular.Located in the city, it's also within walking distance of food, hot spring public baths, supermarkets, post offices, convenience stores, and tourist attractions.You can walk to the sailor area to Izu Nanijima and the famous fishing spot "Dog Running Island", and the Shimoda Underwater Aquarium is also close.It is a 15-minute walk from Iukiko Shimoda Station.Reception and check-in will be at the NPO Izu in Kamo 6 "Taruya" (Shimoda-shi 3-1-23), which is a 5-minute walk.Parking is available for 1 car at a 2 minute walk.It is located on a high level up the stairs so wheelchair correspondence is not possible.Also, carrying heavy luggage is a bit difficult.

This is a house located in the mountains of field beef. Please enjoy a private space as there are no neighbors within 100 meters. An interior where you can feel the warmth of the wood.Natural soft lights.A photo of the sea.In the land between the rivers on both sides, you can feel the flow of slowly while listening to the cacophony of the stream and the singing of the birds! A barbecue table is available, but please bring your own charcoal. Hi, thank you for finding the blue crail. This is a renovated place where Noriyuki Ushima, a western artist who loves the sea and nature of Shimoda, was used as an atelier. It is a great space for those who enjoy a view of Irita Beach, a beach recognized as the highest ranked water quality AA, from a hill, the sound of birds chirping, the sound of the wind, and embracing nature as they are. Forget about your daily life and spend a quiet time in secluded nature, or use it as a workation or telework. I look forward to it.
