Rustic Retreat

A newly renovated A Frame located in the rolling hills of the New York State countryside. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one queen futon on the first floor and one RV sized queen bed on the second floor. Includes a Hot tub, fire pit area looking out into the woods and a patio sectional on the porch. Air Conditioning is provided as well as internet, a smart tv, board games, and a small Nintendo 64 with preloaded games. A beautiful view of the woods and a large field, nature is sure to amaze.

Cafe in The Woods at the Heron

Nestled in the middle of the Heron Farm and Event center grounds (home of the Great Blue Heron Music Festival), you'll find our unique and wonderful Cafe In The Woods! The room you will be in is on the second floor of this gem. To get here, you will climb up the pull down attics stairs. There is one queen sized bed, a dresser, your own private balcony, a fire pit, and plenty of light from all the windows. There is a shared outhouse near the room and a bathhouse shower is also available.

Top of a hill next to the peek n peak golf & ski resort - 3 minutes away. House is on 13 private acres. Open the front door and walk into a large room with: Couch, plush chairs, 50" tv, futon, bunkbeds, table & chairs. In the back - kitchen - stove, fridge, plates, coffee maker, microwave, etc. Next to the kitchen is an open (no wall between) small bedrm with a 32" tv, closet, & queen bed, laundry. Sledding hill out front! We are in the upstairs most of the time if you need anything.

Short drive to Lake Erie wineries. 9 miles to Lily Dale. If you like country living this is the place. The camper is located in our back yard facing the woods with a great view. Hiking is welcomed.
