Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

The Kingdom A-Frame

Whether you're looking for a home base for a biking or hiking adventure, or a peaceful getaway, The Kingdom A-Frame is truly a heaven we want to share with you. We have meticulously decorated each room to make the space unique and comfortable. Built in 1968, our a-Frame is located minutes away from the Kingdom Trails, Burke Mountain, Lake Willoughby, and across the street from the VAST trail. With picturesque views from our street, and all the amenities, you may never want to leave the aframe.

After a day of hiking, skiing or paddle boarding, return your home base for a quiet evening of board games. We are fairly centrally located & close to many outdoor activities & some lovely dining spots: Lake Willoughby (11 mi.); Crystal Lake (6.7 mi.) Craftsbury Outdoor Center (8.2 mi.); Jay Peak (30 mi.); Burke Mountain (31 mi.); Parker Pie Pizza (2.8 mi.); Hill Farmstead Brewery (18 mi.); andThe Manor at Runaway Pond (3.8 mi.). Relax in comfort in Vermont's beautiful North East Kingdom with our indoor suite, a private patio area and a fire pit. You will have close access to outdoor activities at Burke Mountain and Kingdom Trails. We are right across the street from the VAST trail system, boasting more than 100 miles of snow machine trails in Lyndonville alone! For your first day/night, we will provide snacks and farm fresh eggs. Mountain / Gravel Bike instruction/guiding Is available!

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Meadow Woods Cabin, private, cozy and unconnected

Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your rocking chair on the cabin's wonderful porch. There is a large, well equipped kitchen, open space floor plan, new shower unit and plenty of closet space in the bedroom. Easy access to VAST snowmobile trails, within an hour's drive to 3 ski areas (Stowe, Smuggler's Notch and Jay Peak), X-Country skiing right outside the door or in Craftsbury or Stowe. Elmore State Park is 3 miles away. Hiking trails and kayaking abound!

Maple Acres cabin

Maple Acres Cabin is located on 50 acres of private land.Every spring fresh Vermont maple syrup is made on sight. Maple Acres Cabin was built new in 2020. Located on its on private driveway. With access to Atv and snowmobile trails. The cabin has everything you need for your stay. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. A full kitchen, dining area,living room with electric fireplace, laundry, gas grill, fire pit. I leave coffee, tea, hot cocoa. Syrup is available to buy.
