Cozy West Virginia Treehouse

Thanks for checking out our treehouse! It’s 4 minutes from downtown Shepherdstown and 15 minutes from downtown Harpers Ferry. We are excited to share it with other fun-loving folks! The treehouse has heat and AC, a tiny kitchen with a mini fridge, stove top, toaster oven, gravity-fed sink and kitchenware. There’s a bathhouse built on the back of the host’s home with a conventional toilet and shower. There’s also an outhouse with a light and essentials. We provide wood for the fire pit also.

Applemoon is a dog-friendly 1960s log cabin nestled on an acre of the Blue Ridge Mountains. 2 bedrooms with Smart TVs, a porch with hanging daybed and bistro table, and a cozy game loft will give you plenty of space to relax. Outside, enjoy dinner on the huge deck or build a fire and don't forget to look up at the night sky! Applemoon strikes the perfect balance between rustic charm and comfort while maintaining your immersion in the peaceful mountain woodlands of Harpers Ferry.

Restored 1820 Waterford Village Farm

We restored this 1820 village farmhouse in 2016. It is situated in the heart of the historic village of Waterford. It has 2 1/2 acres behind, with two barns, a herd of very friendly goats, chickens, and vegetable, herb and flower gardens. The house backs up to The Phillips Farm, 150 acres of preserved land and public walking trails. Beautiful sunset views from the back porch. The house, a work in progress, was featured in both Country Living and Preservation Magazines.
