Newly renovated house with floor heating, an open kitchen with all required appliances, dining area, living room with a cozy fire place-(wood provided), a couch that folds out into a queen size bed, flat screen/satellite TV and a cozy bed 160 cm x 200 cm a modern bathroom, patio and WIFI. Die Lage bietet eine optimale Grundlage für Shopping- und Sightseeingtouren innerhalb von Bayreuth, Fichtelgebirge und Fränkische Schweiz. Sie brauchen also nicht zwingend einen PKW um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden; zumal in Bayreuth ein umfassendes Nahverkehrskonzept per Bus und Bahn existiert, und für Touren ins Umland stehe ich mit meinem PKW (gegen Bezahlung) gern zur Verfügung
