Vacation rentals with a patio in Sevran

Prefer location if you are taking the metro. Access to everything we needed on line 7. Place was beautiful, made us feel like we were local Parisians! Loved our stay

Listing as described. The only small downside is the nuisance (traffic calming down very clearly during the night)... we were also there during the final, so a little more lively and longer, but this is just a detail. Bakery just downstairs from the building, shopping center in front of the building. The best part is the private covered parking.

We had a great time at the Onyx suite. The apartment is clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The balneo is a real plus to relax. Everything was consistent with the photos and description. Host was responsive and very professional. I would recommend it without hesitation and would definitely stay again!

An absolutely wonderful stay at Melanies. Loads of clear communication before arriving making a late night check in very easy. The apartment itself is beautiful and located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with a train station close by making getting into the center cheap and convenient. Also, the sofa bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. This is a 5 star find through and through. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Nice apartment in a quiet area. Very well equipped and everything very clean!!! There is an associated parking space in the courtyard. José is very friendly and always easily accessible. Overall highly recommended!

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Coffee was a challenge because the machine was not familiar to us. Could not find pods at the grocery store. We were used to the Nespresso original pods. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower. Nice kitchen. Loved our stay there. It is a bit of a challenge getting to tourist destinations in Paris. It is a bit of a journey on the subway if you are not driving (which is a challenge if you are not used to driving in Paris.) But we made it and had a wonderful time. (US citizens)

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
