My approach to massage therapy is grounded in an understanding of both Eastern and Western techniques, enabling me to provide a personalized session for each client. I offer a range of modalities, including Thai stretches, Swedish massage, reflexology, acupressure, and myofascial release. I incorporate tools such as hot and cold stones, gua sha, and cupping therapy. Recognizing the interconnectedness of mind and body, I integrate breathwork, aromatherapy, and principles of Thai element theory.
