Our family with 2 teenaged daughters had an incredible time and enjoyed the hands on experience as well as the incredibly yummy food! Chef Salvatore and his friends were charming, informative and so lovely! Our meal was personalized to our needs and we had a great selection of street foods, an incredibly fresh salad and we finished with cannolo that will haunt my dreams for a long time to come! We’ve been enjoying cannolo often during our Sicilian adventure but have never had something as good as Chef Salvatore’s delicious freshly made dessert today! Thank you for your flexibility and this amazing experience. We all highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Salvatore was incredible! He's so personable, engaging, and really has a love for the local foods. Our class involved both adults and children, and Salvatore kept the whole crew entertained and at ease as we cooked. The homemade pasta and cannolis were delicious. Salvatore even brought along unexpected extras from his restaurant like wine, traditional pizza, breads, tomatos, and appetizers. I would strongly recommend this experience for anybody looking for a local taste of Palermo!!
