We had the absolute pleasure of having Chef Shaloma come to our Airbnb and cook us an incredible 3-course meal, complete with drinks – and it was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, she was professional, warm, and clearly extremely talented. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor – you could tell how much care and skill went into each course. The drinks she prepared were just as impressive, perfectly paired with the meal and deliciously refreshing. She made the evening feel so special and stress-free – it was like having a fine dining experience in the comfort of our lovely Airbnb. We couldn’t stop talking about the food afterward! Whether it was the Fried snapper, saltfish fritters, tender oxtail, the perfectly spiced jerk chicken, or the melt-in-your-mouth patties, each plate was a celebration of authentic Jamaican heritage elevated with culinary artistry. Chef Shaloma was absolutely amazing! The food was easily a 1000/10 — every dish was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. We chose the Caribbean menu, and the jerk chicken, steamed fish, fried fish, and especially the jerk lobster mac and cheese were all out of this world. Everyone left with full bellies and big smiles.
