Learn the art of traditional Tuscan pasta making, from dough preparation to shaping and cooking. Together we'll prepare handmade pappardelle with a traditional Tuscan sauce, Maremma-style ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach served with butter and sage, and Tuscan potato gnocchi with tomato sauce.
We'll end the class enjoying the dishes we've prepared together, followed by my homemade tiramisù and local wine pairings, just like a traditional Italian family meal ending with something sweet.
