What an amazing meal!! Melissa made this whole process incredibly easy and seamless. She was communicative while planning, on the day of, and dinner began right on time. Her cooking style is a pleasant mix of hearty homemade Roman classics with elevated taste & presentation. It was awesome. The serving sizes were generous and we truly enjoyed our dinner. She checked in with us as we were eating to ensure she timed her dishes appropriately. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a talented private chef! She even left the kitchen cleaner than when she arrived, no dishes for us to wash! Thank you, Melissa!
