We had the absolute pleasure of having Chef Joe from the Poconos cook for us during our Airbnb stay, and it was hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The lobster bake was the star of the night—perfectly cooked, incredibly fresh, and packed with flavor. You can tell immediately that Joe takes real pride in his craft. But what truly set the experience apart was the attention to detail across the entire meal. The cheddar biscuits alone were worth talking about—warm, buttery, and just the right balance of savory and rich. Every course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, and the entire experience felt both elevated and comfortable at the same time. Joe didn’t just cook a meal—he created an experience that brought everyone together. If you’re staying in the Poconos and have the opportunity to book Chef Joe, don’t think twice. It’s the kind of meal you’ll be talking about long after the trip is over.
