The highlight of our trip! Adam was great to work with. He designed an incredible menu that had us all eagerly anticipating the meal. A chorus of “oohs” and “ahhs” rang around the room when the food was revealed - his culinary skill is truly an art. We can’t say enough great things about the experience! After the amazing meal, our family all sat together and enjoyed watching his episode on Chopped - entertaining and impressive to say the least. We all highly recommend!

Chef Adam, along with his wife Franny and sous chef Nick, prepared & served an absolutely delicious and beautifully presented plated dinner of filet mignon and sides for our extended family at an Airbnb. The "oh-so-good-I-want-more" finale strawberry shortcake was a perfect end to our birthday celebration! One 9 year old grandson has very special memories now of getting to help do a little prep for that dessert as "junior sous chef", too. They left us with great memories of a wonderful dinner and evening and a spotless kitchen, too! We highly recommend Chef Adam!!
