Absolutely disappointing experience. I had booked a photo shoot at 6:30 pm in Rome – no one showed up at the meeting point, no message, no apology. I stood there for over 30 minutes and had to run after it myself. Only when I asked for my money back did things suddenly start to move. Before that, I had specifically asked for a shoot with a vintage Fiat Cinquecento because I had already done several shoots in Rome and wanted something different. It didn't work out. Then I was offered a Vespa tour with a subsequent photo shoot, which I didn't want at all. In the end, I was frantically "squeezed in" between other customers, quickly took a few photos on the Vespa (which was standing next to a garbage can that you can see in every picture), and then dragged onto a bridge in front of the Colosseum. The pictures there are completely unsuccessful because of the strong wind – hair everywhere, unflattering photos, simply careless and rushed. Pictures were also only provided on request. No go!

I’m giving this experience 4 stars only because Zeyneb put a lot of effort into making sure we still got great photos despite the situation. She was professional, accommodating, and completed the shoot properly. However, the coordination and communication from Orkhan Photography was highly inconvenient and unprofessional. We originally booked the shoot at Trevi Fountain, but last minute we were told to go to the Colosseum instead. We paid for an Uber to get there, only to receive no further directions or communication. On top of that, Zeyneb apparently was not informed ahead of time about the photoshoot and only found out last minute. After already arriving at the Colosseum, we had to rush all the way back to Trevi Fountain to finally start the shoot. It wasted time, caused unnecessary stress, and added extra costs during our trip. Zeyneb honestly saved the experience, ✨ but due to the poor organization by Orkhan and communication, I would not use Orkhan Photography services again.
