Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. Elisabeth met us when we arrived and showed us around her stunning accommodation. The accommodation was tastefully decorated, with everything that we needed for our stay. The outside space gave wonderful views and was peaceful. The hot tub an added bonus. All in all, 10/10!

Armand is really a great host! Super friendly and available. Very well located accommodation (a few minutes walk to the lake) in a peaceful and easily accessible residential area. Everything was very clean, and the bedding really comfortable.

The accommodation is very well located for discovering the region, both quiet, functional and impeccably clean. Guillaume is a friendly, welcoming and very pleasant host, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I would recommend it in a second!

Perfect welcome, very attentive but discreet. We had a wonderful stay at Gérard and Anne's where we didn't want for anything, there is everything you need to cook and to stay peacefully, from the blender to the deckchairs in the sun (or not). I highly recommend this accommodation from which many hikes start directly. Small high-altitude restaurant and waterfall a stone's throw away... A real joy to live where you feel that the hosts really welcome you for pleasure.

Jelena and Julien's cottage is ideally placed for activities in Pays de Faverges/Lac d'Annecy. It is clean and very well equipped. The proximity of the hosts is absolutely not annoying, they are discreet and there is no overlooking. I had a pleasant and relaxing stay and I think I'll rent it again to come see my mother. We had two lovely days here in Montmin. Janets place is so peaceful, we ended up wishing we had a longer stay. The place itself is well equipped with everything you need, with a supermarket just a 15min drive away it’s easy to get food to make dinner, lunch etc. we spent a morning at lake Annecy (Talloires side) which was a highlight and only about 25min drive away. Janet is a wonderful host, really friendly and helpful. We’d love to come back one day :)

We had a great time at Nina's, the apartment is spacious, well thought out, quiet. It is located a few minutes from the lake and we were able to fully enjoy the activities of the lake! The proximity to restaurants, water activities, the beach is ideal for a stay, including without a vehicle. Nina is a very pleasant host, eager to make your stay successful. We will be back!

Muriel's accommodation is a peaceful oasis, with a great view. I had a great time there. Many hikes to do nearby. The arrival looks like an escape game but in reality it's very simple as it's well explained. There's a good chance I'll be back. Again, thank you for trusting you 🙏🏼

Excellent stay in Annecy! Very well-equipped studio with everything you need. The hosts were very nice and especially available! They were able to adapt to us, because we arrived late on the big day. Regarding the location of the apartment, we were right next to the city center and 5 minutes from the Annecy Animation Film Festival. In short 10/10 thank you again! 🥰

A very well designed apartment. Very functional. Close to Menthon Saint Bernard beach... short walk in the evening with the lake and its changing lights.

Really lovely apartment in a fabulous location! We will definitely be back :) My only feedback is it would be great to have a few extra pillows on the bed that are a bit thicker but it was such a lovely stay

Great stay and highly recommend.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

Had a great visit! The host was extremely kind, welcoming and always available to answer any questions I had or help me if needed. Communication was smooth from start to finish. We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with the same pool house is just a few meters in front of the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex gives a good feeling of security. If we had any questions, the landlord responded immediately and gave us very attractive tips for activities, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!
