Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Serranía de Ronda

fantastic villa. very spacious. everything very fully equipped. modern kitchen etc etc. The only thing you have to keep in mind as a tenant is that you can actually only leave the property by car because you are right on the road. So a walk from home is not really possible or you can walk on a highway.

We had a wonderful time and would love to come back in the future. Not all the beds were as comfortable as the ones in the main room, but apart from that we had a great Christmas time and the surroundings are as beautiful as it gets.

The home was perfect for our large group. The layout meant that everyone had enough personal space, whilst the kitchen, terrace and pool areas brought everyone together. The rugged remote location makes the villa feel like a safe cosy oasis. lying back looking into the starts and seeing the milky way galaxy under candle light was really a special moment for a lot of us that don't experience these kind of things in big city life. We had great communication, were given an extra fan for cooking meals right before the peak heat of siesta. We even experienced a blackout in the area which also affected Gaucin (a beautiful nearby town), the host was very responsive during that. All in all we came home feeling like we would gladly book a similar trip at Hendrik Y Viveca beautiful space.

We had a very enjoyable stay. It was not so easy to find, but with the information of the hostess, who was always super accessible by phone, it was possible. The house was idyllic and very aesthetically decorated. Everything was spotlessly clean and cozy. Breakfast was included in our booking and was brought to the house in the morning, very tasty, varied and nutritious. Without a fireplace it was a bit cool, we got a fan heater on request. The location itself is very nice, beautiful view of the mountains and the lake, but the road in front of the house can be disturbing (only a little traffic). We were able to see the sunrise. You can really relax, whether on the terrace or by the fireplace. Bed also very cozy and as I said, very helpful friendly hostess. There was even a crib for our baby.

A wonderful Airbnb in a beautiful quiet area of ronda. Close enough to walk into town. We had a beautiful dinner at the square recommended by Sam. The place is spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and very authentic. Would highly recommend!

We spent a wonderful 2 nights here. Wow, it was fabulous. Perfect location and what a view! House was very clean and all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. Blas was very responsive and answered our questions quickly and professionally. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful house. The house has everything you need. It has a beautiful surrounding and it is very private. We made a few trips by car to other villages and cities, but Grazelema is very beautiful as well to visit. The communication with the owner was perfect. We loved it, hopefully we will come back.

Antonio and Isodoro we’re always responsive, helpful, and friendly. I loved having a beer with isodoro and chatting about life in Spain and his history in the town for several generations. Having an entire apartment to myself was a real luxury and quite unexpected from the price. I loved.benalauria!

Could not fault anything , the property was pristine, spacious, very private and peaceful, will definitely return to this property and would recommend it to anyone, Lisa is a great host and responded to any questions I had quickly

This apartment is really five star it’s absolutely stunning and very good value the views are amazing and we could not of wished for anything in the apartment it really was 5 star the indoor and outdoor pool is very peaceful and getting a sun bed was no problem at all. I will say you do need a car as it’s a little out of the way but it’s only a 5 minute drive to the marina or 10euros in a Bolt The beach is peaceful and only 400 metres away The only downside is if you are in a wheelchair or need a walking aid it’s quite hilly and there are quite a few steps to both pools but it’s only a small problem and I can’t recommend this place any higher than I can it truly is a luxurious apartment and we shall be returning soon

Walking distance to restaurants and major attractions. Very nice place to experience what it is like to live in Ronda back in the day.

Lovely place to stay, best thing about it is the garden which is really beautiful. It is right on the promenade to walk into the old town and many beaches. The pool is gated so safe for small children. Very friendly neighbours to share the pool with, which was really quiet in May anyway. My only negative is that the apartment is full with room fragrances and air fresheners in every room, and if you don't like them it's quite over powering, we collected them all and put them in a cupboard! But this comes down to personal preference. The kitchen is really well stocked and well equipped! I would recommend to anyone wanting an easy holiday with a very convenient and brilliant supermarket around the corner! Nela was really responsive to messages which was really helpful. Wonderfully appointed, traditional home in a great location. It brought back memories of visiting grandma, in the best possible way. Highly recommended!

The Villa was so lovely! Photos don’t do it justice. We spent a week with 6 of us staying and we had so much room. The pool was so nice and the view was fabulous. The area was so serene and the beautiful town of Mijas Pueblo was only an 8 minute drive. There were so many shops and restaurants in town and we highly recommend Venta los Condes (ask for a table on the upstairs terrace for a great view!). Eva and her team were so warm & welcoming and Eva was so easy to communicate with before and during our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this Villa!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rafael’s. It was so peaceful and relaxing it was honestly the best part of our Spain trip. We felt like we were home, it had everything we needed and was so comfortable. It was close to other towns, if you wanted to get out and explore. We also really enjoyed the pool. We would ABSOLUTELY come back! Rafael was great at responded anytime we had questions or needed suggestions. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Great location just outside of Ronda for peace and quiet. good for a large family. Home was extremely clean. Would recommend nearby Ronda of course and also Pileta Cave, just 30 mins away.

It’s been a fantastic family vacation, and the place delivered on all that was promised. A wonderfully decorated property, sleek yet stylish with a cozy ambient and enormous feel good factor. The house itself is super chill as Casa Calma should be;)…. the garden and pool are lovely add ons making it a perfect spot for a family get away. Dirk has been very helpful and responsive and his restaurant recommendations are spot on, we have had some amazing diners, from posh beach clubs to a cozy restaurant in the mountains, each place unique and worth a small drive. Overall a very satisfying stay that was enjoyed by the whole family. Till next time ;)

Absolutely incredible! The terraces are so private and peaceful and the pool is just perfect. A truly amazing place and I would recommend it to anyone if you’re looking to relax and have an amazing getaway. Loads of great supermarkets and other shops nearby. There is also plenty to do around the area with Malaga, Ronda and Marbella not too far away. Michala was an incredible host - so communicative, responsive and friendly. We really can’t recommend this place enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An ideal place to stay for a few days of relaxing and a great base for a golfing trip too. Short drive to Marbella town for restaurants and bars.
