Vacation rentals with a sauna in Serrana

Amazing place! WHAT TO EXPECT? A comfortable house, for 6 people easily. Comfortable bedrooms. The apartment is close to beautiful waterfalls, inside the condominium there is a private waterfall, there is a restaurant, swimming pools, saunas. Quiet place. I'll be back for sure.

Cristiane was a very nice host and always responded quickly to messages. The apartment is well located, with easy access to Alto and bus stops to the center. The space is well distributed, with hot and cold air conditioning working perfectly, all faucets with gas-heated water and good kitchen utensils. The building offers a game room with ping-pong, foosball and pool, as well as a sauna and whirlpool. Regarding the whirlpool, it is worth checking in advance the days when the cleaning is done, as it occurs on specific days of the week and, depending on the time, it may not be in the best conditions for use. In addition, it is not heated.

We were very well treated by the hostess, the apartment is very cozy and the building's infrastructure exceeded expectations. The building staff are also very kind and helpful. This week, with several rainy days, we made the most of the thermal pool and we already miss it.

The house is very beautiful and it was extremely clean. Impeccable kitchen with plenty of utensils, including for barbecue. Bathrooms with good size and everything working perfectly. We'll definitely be back.

Everything was impeccable! Everything was clean and tidy, I just had to take my bags because I already had everything. Great location, I did everything on foot because I was able to go to several tourist spots and restaurants on foot. The view is incredible, I'll definitely be back.

My stay at Rubens' property in Itaipava was excellent! The environment was impeccably clean and very well cared for. The location is great, quiet and at the same time close to the main points of the region. The condominium's amenities perfectly met expectations — everything was very organized and functional. The bed and bath linens were clean and fragrant, providing even more comfort during the stay. A special detail was the treat left for guests, showing affection and attention to detail. I recommend and would be back for sure!

Excellent apartment (penthouse). Well located, in the best condominium in Itaipava, with all the leisure infrastructure and close to all the shops. The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures. All rooms have TVs and great bed and bath linens. Fully equipped kitchen with top quality dishes. I highly recommend it!

Location absolutely impeccable! In the most central street of Itaipava with several wonderful restaurants walking! Restaurante Antonio is an excellent indication super close to the apartment! Andrea's accommodation is beautiful, clean and organized! Beautiful decoration, you don't even want to leave! Everything is very comfortable and very clean! Very well equipped with coffee maker, stove, sandwich maker, microwave and even an airfryer ! She cares about the smallest details! I found a box with a needle and thread (which saved me) and a first aid kit with a blood pressure monitor! In one of the rooms, he took care to leave comic books and games like Uno and dominoes, in addition to leaving a blanket specifically for children. I found it to be rich in details.... In every accommodation there are information and instruction signs. The condominium is beautiful and has a wonderful structure. The doormen and staff in general are polite, receptive and helpful. Andrea gave us tips on how to enjoy the region, restaurants and tours within our family configuration. It's a spectacle in everything! We'll certainly be back!

Well-equipped, charming, cozy house, decorated with soul, with a country/farmhouse feel. Communication with Cristiana was very easy and quick from the time of booking. Always attentive to our needs.
