The house and outside area are very pleasant, as well as the hosts being very nice and thoughtful people. Everything was delicious.

Anyway, everything is wonderful, the place itself is pure living history. Spectacular view from the bedroom to the outdoor environment. The ground floor of Quintandinha still provides a wide range of arts, with theater, cinema, cultural center, bowling, café and restaurant...

My stay in Petrópolis was, in general, a very enriching experience, so much so that I would like to thank you for the excellent stay at the Loft. The space is very cozy, well maintained and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is also perfect for enjoying all that the city has to offer. I very much liked the accommodation of the apartment and the infrastructure of the condominium that is well maintained, large and equipped with several leisure areas for children and adults. The apartment is well equipped and spacious for a family of up to four people In addition, the location is close to the center facilitating access to commerce and restaurants on foot. I recommend and intend to return again times.

Excellent location! Everything is well planned in an ideal space for two people. Flávio (Cabral) was concerned with important details for guests such as a coffee maker (there was powder, sugar, sweetener), iron, hair dryer... The outdoor space is wonderful and very well maintained. I highly recommend it!

The care and hospitality that Marúcia and her husband offer is hardly found in other accommodations. The atmosphere is extremely new, clean, compact and with great peace of mind. It is located right next to some of the city's main sights, leading you to take a spontaneous walk to get to know them. I recommend it to everyone who has questions, as the stay is very worth it.

This is the third time we've stayed in one of Mauro's lofts. We fell in love from the first stay. And just this year, we've been twice and will return in July!! It is well worth it.

The apartment is centrally located, Rocha is super accessible, helpful and uncomplicated. There was often and prolonged dog barking at night every day. Ear protectors were my solution, after that it was ok. For me, a work table was missing, as I was there for a month and the bar is not ideal for working. The pool and roof terrace were wonderful. All in all, a nice stay. Thank you Rocha.

Extremely easy to communicate with Fernanda. Easy and clear instructions. He responded immediately every time, from the first contact. We found a place to park the car.
