Vacation rentals with a patio in Serrana

Great accommodation, everything clean, organized. We bought breakfast items at a nearby grocery store. There was an electric pan, coffee maker, sandwich maker and minibar. Impeccable shower. Inside the condominium itself, there were some restaurant options. Close to shopping with a variety of stores. We will definitely be back. The host, Gabriel, also made us feel very comfortable.

Everything was impeccable! Everything was clean and tidy, I just had to take my bags because I already had everything. Great location, I did everything on foot because I was able to go to several tourist spots and restaurants on foot. The view is incredible, I'll definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I couldn't have found a better place to spend the holiday!!! The apartment is extremely cozy and equipped, and very organized. We were surprised by the amount of utensils the flat provides, from air fryer to coffee powder. In addition, Erica and her husband are very responsive and helpful. We'll be back for sure!!!

My wife and I had an amazing and relaxing long holiday. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, very cozy, the place and the surroundings are beautiful, an excellent place to relax and enjoy a romantic weekend with your wife, drinking a good wine in front of the fireplace, which, incidentally, was very functional! The TV and Wi-Fi worked great too, the double room was very comfortable, the balcony gave that special touch with a beautiful view of the mountains, in short, we loved it and we intend to return soon. Note: We do not find the distance to the center a problem, as the condominium is very close to the road that takes us there, about 25 minutes by car. As points for improvement, because we like to cook, I missed a good cutting knife, a pasta drainer and a cheese grater. In addition, the kitchen is super functional, with everything working well, good oven, good stove, good pots, coffee maker and good refrigerator. Oh, there are markets and restaurants nearby too!

My stay at Rubens' property in Itaipava was excellent! The environment was impeccably clean and very well cared for. The location is great, quiet and at the same time close to the main points of the region. The condominium's amenities perfectly met expectations — everything was very organized and functional. The bed and bath linens were clean and fragrant, providing even more comfort during the stay. A special detail was the treat left for guests, showing affection and attention to detail. I recommend and would be back for sure!

I and my family (including the 2 pets) spent very pleasant days in the little house. The Thiago host is always available from the first contact until the day we left. The little house is simple but comfortable and the listing is very well described. The outdoor space is excellent, providing a great contact with nature. The Strawberry do Vale experience is a must. The kitchen is enough for those days you don't want to leave, but there are also many delivery options. The utensils, crockery and bedding were clean and in perfect conditions of use. If you want a quiet place without losing certain amenities, this is the place. We'll definitely go back there again.

The weekend to celebrate my birthday was amazing, the house was super comfortable and clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed, the host was always very attentive and kind, solving whatever was necessary immediately, the assistant Silvinha was great, made delicious food and was always very sweet! I can't wait to return for more incredible moments!

We spent the Easter holiday, it was 4 wonderful days. The house is exactly as the photos, beautiful, comfortable, everything new and working perfectly. The outside is awesome, super well-kept garden, the river that passes through the property has a natural pool and even a waterfall. Communication with Vie was great, she answered my questions promptly. During the holiday, we had the help of the employee Vânia, who was super helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend the stay, a unique experience.

Great stay, easy to get to and within a safe condominium. The house has an excellent leisure area, as shown in the photos. Junior is a good host and has always been available to help us. We went in the fall and it was quite cold, so whatever you do, bring a sweater, but the days were sunny, ideal for enjoying on the lounge chair. The view of the mountains is beautiful too. I recommend it!

This is our second time staying at the property. Renata, the hostess, is extremely kind and willing to help. The apartment is new, clean, comfortable, well equipped and is in a beautiful condominium, with a large lake. It is an oasis of beauty and peace. There are restaurants, a market, and a pharmacy nearby. We really liked it and will be back.
