Village & country paradise in UNESCO heritage site

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

We immediately took this house to our hearts. The location is simply fantastic. The roof terrace was the absolute highlight...almost like on the beach... sea sounds and sea views included. And if it's a little fresher, you can retreat to the conservatory with lounge furniture. Almost nothing is missing in this house. The kitchen is superbly furnished, everything is already ready for beachgoers (beach towel, beach bag, sun protection, etc.) and if you miss anything, the nice owners are very easily accessible and on site. The dining room overlooking the sea also makes every breakfast a dream. However, you should know that the house is only accessible by several stairs and that purchased suitcases etc. must be transported upwards.... but was no problem for us. Directly across the street is a wonderful nature reserve... you should definitely hike that. Sabine and family are happy to help you with more tips.

What a gem of a house in a gorgeous quiet cove! It is such a peaceful magical corner of the island and Kiko’s house is the perfect place to enjoy it from. The house is really well equipped, with stunning views and comfy bedrooms. Kiko is also very helpful, responsive and thoughtful in his communication. Highly recommend this Airbnb! Can’t wait to come back!

We spent a few days in Julio at Eduardo's house He is a very attentive Host and helped with everything The house is perfect for spending a few summer days on the island. It is close to fantastic beaches and has a very nice promenade 100 meters away. The stay in the house is great, it has several areas to enjoy the day in the house. The garden is located in the south zone with very tall pine trees that shade the house and make it cool all day. You don't need the air conditioner to be in it! We will definitely be back next year.

It was a beautiful place! Accessing the beach was simple and an easy way to have a fun day. Our best times were also having dinner on the terrace, enjoying views of the water. Whatever kind of day you want to have, the house/location allows you to do just that.
