One of three beautiful and bright Rooms in a historic house. The center of the small, pretty town of Montecarotto is within walking distance in 3 minutes. There you will find a bakery, a cafe bar, two small supermarkets, a butcher, a post office, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, a hairdresser, a gas station, a bus stop as well as other small shops. Due to the elevated location of Montecarotto, a pleasant fresh breeze is also to be expected here in summer.

This charming, fully renovated farmhouse offers you an oasis of tranquility. The 5,000 square meter property is completely fenced, not visible and has a large pool that offers cooling and relaxation. Surrounded by 150 olive trees, you can enjoy nature to the fullest. The house has two apartments (single rental possible), each with one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room as well as three large bathrooms. Air conditioning on request.

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
