The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

You only hear nature here. Nevertheless, it is not far to the city center of Lüdinghausen at 1 km. Bäcker, Lidl and McDonald's are 400 meters away. Bicycles for a short trip to the city can be borrowed from us free of charge. Exciting excursion destinations are just a stone's throw away.

The apartment is located in the annex on the 2nd floor with separate entrance and large balcony overlooking the large garden and our horse meadow. Time out in the historic Davensberg train station. The station is perched on a hill between a nature reserve and the Davert. Located in the middle of nature, it is still just 12 minutes by train to Münster or 40 minutes to Dortmund. Animals are welcome. Dogs should not sleep in bed or on the sofa. Fiber optic Internet, satellite TV programs on 55" screen & Bose sound system. We want you to feel comfortable and make (almost) everything possible for you.

It can accommodate 2 people on 60 m² with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with adjoining living room with TV.In addition, there is a separate, small garden with seating and lockable garden shed for bicycles. A private parking space also belongs to the apartment.

The comfortable sofa bed can very easily be converted into a bed 1.60 x 2.00 meters. In the kitchen there is a fridge, 2 ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pan, etc.
