Demeure de charme à quelques kilomètres de Marciac ! Classée 3 étoiles. Au coeur d’un environnement aussi exceptionnel que calme, vous découvrirez une maison dernièrement rénovée avec des prestations haut de gamme. Les matériaux sont qualitatifs et la décoration soignée, pour vous permettre de passer des vacances confortables et sereines. Un fois l’allée empruntée vous profiterez d’un joli jardin arboré où une piscine 8x4 au sel vous tend les bras ! A l’arrière de la maison un grand boulodrome pour accueillir vos parties entre amis. La vue sur les Pyrénées depuis la piscine et la maison est particulièrement agréable, vous verrez ! A l’intérieur la très belle pièce de vie offre des volumes ouverts sur l’extérieur. Elle est composée d’un salon cosy, d’un espace dinatoire avec une grande table, d’une cuisine entièrement aménagée et équipée avec espace repas. Trois suites avec dressing et salle d’eau complètent le rez-de-chaussée ainsi qu’une buanderie, une entrée et des WC.  A l’étage ce sont deux chambres, une salle d’eau et un WC qui vous raviront. Forget your worries in this serene space. Nestled in a farming region. Great views onto the Pyrenees and the surrounding rolling hills you'll have a very peaceful and quiet stay. There is a little private Terrace at the back, views onto our forest and the countryside. It's completely private. The unit is freshly renovated and really only suitable for people looking for a quiet stay. Some lovely little towns with amazing bakeries and restaurants are not far away.
