There is a bedroom with a French bed (140 cm). The apartment has Wi-Fi Internet and a smart TV with Waipu TV Comfort included. The apartment is based in central Kaiserslautern. 15 minutes walk to the train station, 10 minutes to K-Center Mall, 10 minutes to Pfalztheater, 5 minutes to the old town and 20 minutes to Betzenberg.

The apartment is very quiet close to the forest in a residential area of Kaiserslautern with free parking. It takes about 8 minutes by car to get to the center or train station and 5 minutes to get to the university. About 100 m from the apartment you will find the bus stop where buses run in different directions every 16 minutes on weekdays. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for one person, but can be occupied by two.
