I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking and stay. The pool was heated, had a jacuzzi massage feature and lights. The accommodation came with a golf cart that we were able to drive around the complex and to the beach with free parking right by the water. The pull out beds came with mattress toppers. There was free coffee and beach towels to use. I’d absolutely stay here again

Our stay at The Velvet Wave was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. A chilled bottle of wine awaited us, such a thoughtful welcome from the host that set the tone for a truly five-star experience. The apartment itself is the perfect blend of beauty and luxury, elegantly designed, sparkling clean, and flooded with natural light from sunrise to sunset. Waking up here is like floating above the water with the sea stretching endlessly in front of you. Morning coffee on the balcony was pure bliss, and the sunsets were unforgettable. The location couldn’t be better. With a bus station right in front of the building, getting around was easy, and just 50 meters away there’s a charming aquadrome for children and a tennis court, which kept everyone entertained. Everything you need, such as comfort, beauty, and convenience is at your fingertips. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a serene and stylis

Evin her olanağı mevcut, harika bir manzarası var. Mutfakta fırın, mikrodalga, buzdolabı ve su ısıtıcısı var ama bulaşık makinası yok, bence Marko bunu tamamlamalı, tatilde bulaşık yıkama fikri pek hoş değil. Yine bir kahve makinası olsaydı çok hoş olurdu. Banyoda isteyebileceğin herşey mevcut. Ev ile ilgili kötü diyebileceğim tek birşey var o da camlarda ses yalıtımı yok ve gece sokağın sesini duyabilirsin Biz kaldığımız süre boyunca keyif aldık, hele balkonda denize karşı kahvaltı harika

L’appartement de Marika est magnifique, la vue sur la mer est incroyable ! Très bien décoré, tout confort : le logement est idéal pour profiter d’un séjour à Vlorë. Merci à Marika et son frère Dhimitri pour l’accueil, les bons conseils et la disponibilité pour nos questions. Je recommande vivement !

First, the views are stunning, watching this beautiful beach from the balcony and sipping on coffee is what we asked for. Second, the host were super nice and responsive their reccomendations were fantastic. Third, The apartment was spacious, clean and equipped with everything. Fourth, swimming and volleyball every morning was absolutely a wonderful experience. Overall I loved this is apartment and their hosts, I just wish they had another week available so we could book .

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen.Elena, die Tochter der Gastgeber, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert.Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön: sehr idyllisch & ruhig.Morgens vom Krähen der Hühner oder dem Läuten der Ziegenglocken geweckt zu werden, hatte seinen ganz eigenen Charme. Unsere kleine Tochter hatte große Freude an den beiden zutraulichen Katzen, die regelmäßig vorbeischauten.Die Unterkunft selbst war gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was man für den Alltag braucht. Ein Pool hätte den Aufenthalt noch perfekter gemacht.Das WLAN im Wohnzimmer war leider eingeschränkt, wenn der Rollladen unten war.Das Grundstück ist videoüberwacht-grundsätzlich kein Problem, jedoch war eine Kamera direkt auf die Terrasse gerichtet, was ein leichtes Gefühl der Beobachtung mit sich brachte.Hinweis für Familien:der Schuhschrank ist nicht gesichert und ist bei einem Öffnungsversuch unserer Tochter leider umgekippt.Hier wäre eine Befestigung an der Wand empfehlenswert.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with a modern and stylish touch. Elvis was always available, quick to respond, and very reliable – his communication was excellent, and the listing matched the reality perfectly. Another big plus was the convenient walking distance to the city center, which made everything even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt - es gibt alles, was man benötigt, es ist sauber und super zentral. Der Blick auf den Strand ist natürlich besonders ☺️ zudem war der Kontakt super freundlich und schnell.
