Dagligvare en kort spasertur unna. Nydelig utsikt og muligheter for turer i nærområdet. Liten benk med vannkoker, kjøleskap, mikrobølgeovn og spiseplass. Obs! A modern and well-equipped holiday home of a high standard 80 minutes from Trondheim. The home is located at the end of a road at the top of the Gåseneset cabin complex. Spectacular views of the Trondheimsfjord. The home is 140 m2 over two levels with plenty of space for guests, with two large terraces. Many great hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Short drive to the fjord and fishing opportunities. 6-7 minute drive to the nearest grocery.

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
