On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. This gem is perfect for all dog lovers, hikers, or anyone who loves to take day trips. Whether the famous maars for swimming, historic Trier, Luxembourg or the vineyards and picturesque towns on the Moselle: all this can be explored and enjoyed from Eisenschmitt.

Vacation home Alte Schule

You will stay in the former school of the small Eifel village of Seinsfeld. The previously used school hall has been converted into a cozy and lovingly furnished apartment for up to 4 people. In the apartment is a wood-burning stove, which can only be used in the cold months. The meadow of the former schoolyard is available for your use. In the immediate vicinity of the property there are numerous possibilities for extensive hiking and cycling tours.

Tiny house - hiking, biking in the Eifel, with sauna

This great tiny house with 45 sqm in the beautiful Eifel is an ideal starting point for countless outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain bike tours or a trip to the Eifelpark Gondorf (10 km). Trier, the oldest city in Germany, can be reached in 30 minutes by car. The tiny house has two bedrooms and is fully equipped (incl. Washing machine). The lockable bicycle garage can accommodate 4 bikes. There is an outdoor sauna in the garden.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
