This romantic chateau farm offers a historic 100sp meters/1000 sq feet building from the 15th century. . Belonging to the 17th century Château de Colombe next to it, this gîte is in a calm environment close to Bourges with its medieval center and world heritage Cathedral. Only 3 hours from Paris with many famous chateaux in easy driving distance, Stuart and Patrick have created an oasis of calm. House in a very quiet small village that can accommodate 4 people (non-smoking) 200 m from the river Kitchen (renovated), 1 bathroom (renovated), living room, dining room, mezzanine, 2 bedrooms upstairs, terrace, garden, toilet downstairs and upstairs. Studio in a private house.

The studio is located on the floor of our house, with independent entrance (new outdoor staircase with anti-slip steps). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station. We also rent a room that is on the same landing (see Room in private house on Airbnb)

This fully renovated accommodation has private parking right in front. You enter a kitchen open to the living room with all amenities available (coffee, tea, etc...). The bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed with all the linen prepared for your arrival. A modern shower room with towels, shower gel, shampoo. The washing machine is available. The property is also equipped with reversible air conditioning.

ou'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. House located 100 meters from the forest. Ideal for mushroom foraging, deer calling or simply taking nice walks on foot or by bike. A microbrewery run by my husband is located 15 meters from the accommodation with a wide selection of beers.
