The cottage is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is located in a settlement and is directly connected to a seafront promenade. From there, the nearest village Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, weekly market, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, etc...). The big city of Izmir (40 kms) can be reached by bus/dolmus (minibus) ,or by taxi . In front of the house is 50 meters away from the sandy beach. In the house is drinking water refrigerator.(Sebil) and 3 air conditioner .

It is the second floor of a 2-story summer house with a view of Sigacik Marina, on the street, close to Sigacik beaches and shopping places. Fully furnished. 1 double, 2x single bed available. An additional 1 single bed can be provided. Points to note; Pets are not allowed. Booking is required for a minimum of 3 nights. Since it is in a quiet location, it is necessary to listen to loud music and no excessive noise. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
