Our newly built house is located in a sunny, quiet location near the forest. The town center is a 10-minute walk away. Our 57sqm apartment is located on the ground floor with separate entrance ( no stairs ). A courtyard terrace with privacy screens ensures privacy. The apartment can be occupied by two people. It has a separate bedroom, shower/toilet, fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living room with sofa bed which could be occupied by one person.
