For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Spacious self-contained apartment in the attic of a former farmhouse. Located between Lake Ammersee, Lake Starnberg, Lake Wörthsee, Lake Pilsensee and Lake Weßling, in the middle of the 5-lake region. In the house is also the apartment of the landlords and an office. The bus stop to Andechs and Starnberg is only 100 m away. By car, it is 15 minutes to See train station and Starnberg lake promenade. By S-Bahn train, you are in 35 minutes at the central station in Munich.
