Welcome to our "Happy Place," a charming separate guest house nestled on a bluff with awe-inspiring mountain and river views. One of the highlights of our property is the hot tub, located at the main house facing the breathtaking bluff view. You're welcome to use it anytime to relax and unwind while enjoying the stunning surroundings. We also have inviting hammocks in the trees, a fire pit, & picnic table, perfect for soaking in the serenity of the peaceful surroundings.

The guest house is your lake cottage home away from home. The house is directly on the water with access to dock your boat outside with ample bumpers at the boathouse on property. The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony. A tiny home that is located right at the foot of Lookout Mountain and just in front of Weiss Lake. Here you are less than a mile from a public boat access. Minutes away from Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Little River, Coosa River, and Neely Henry Lake. The home sits across the field from me and is situated with a twin home that could be rented by someone else. Yours will be the one on the left.
