Lovely Riad, close to the Blue Gate in Fez Medina, so it is easy to access. An oasis of calm and beauty amid the bustle of the Medina and close to the two main thoroughfares, which made navigating our way around relatively easy. The building has been beautifully made in the Riad style with a roof-top terrace and a swimming pool on the ground floor. Breakfasts were generous and restaurants were within 3-10minutes walk and the location afforded easy access for shopping. The staff here are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, organising an early transfer to the airport, packing us a breakfast to go. Great stay.

Michel is a perfect host. You can tell that it is his passion to host guests and that he has fulfilled a dream with his guest house. You couldn't choose a better place to explore and enjoy Fès. The wonderful courtyard of his estate is a peaceful haven in the busy, impressive bustle of the old town. The guest is surrounded by a pleasant atmosphere, under shady trees you can enjoy coffee, tea or a cool drink. The rooms are furnished in the typical local style, but not kitschy, but very tasteful. If you have the chance to be a guest here, you should book immediately. Really a gem. And with all that, Michel was very helpful when it came to organizing something during the stay - from the transfer to the airport to the excursion. A big thank you!

We stayed at several riads on our trips to Morocco through the years. This is definitely one of our favorites. Staff is very friendy and helpful, rooms are clean, riad is absolutely beautiful. Riad is a bit hard to find, they offer a taxi ride from the airport and dropoff at the riad. This is €30 (in november '17), it's up to you if you take it. But know that on average you can get the same taxi ride for €15-20 easily.

An intimate and charming welcome, with a tastefully furnished room, bright and convenient. Delicious breakfast, and on the outskirts a very welcome calm 2 steps from the effervescence of the medina. We worked remotely all day without any noise or wifi worries. Petit +: Take some olives to the market, a coke, and go enjoy a homemade aperitif on the roof at sunset! A must;) And take advantage of the swimming pool during the hot hours!!

Very nice apartment, modern building, and Zakarya is a great host! The apartment was spotlessly clean, and everything inside was new and luxurious. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated that he even thought to put bottles of fresh water in the refrigerator! We can't wait to come back and recommend it to our loved ones.

Absolute gem in Mediya! We had a great weekend, celebrating the Eid with family in Kenitra, and were so happy to rest & chill in this beautiful, luxurious, custom made apartment. We just didn't want to leave! The couch is super comfy, the kitchen is fully equiped, the bed is AMAZING ... if I could live here, I would. Thanks Zakarya, we hope to see you again very soon.
