Immediately at the house there is a signpost with the most interesting hiking trails. You don't have to drive anywhere and deal with parking. Two minutes from the house is a bus stop, a bistro with excellent modern cuisine and beer from a regional brewery, an infocenter of a restaurant or two playgrounds.

The house is located on a dead end street, so a quiet place. There is a shop and a restaurant right in the village. There is a comfortable journey to Děčín, which takes 5 minutes by car, but it is also possible to travel by bus. The nearest swimming is 4km to Stará Oleška , where you can even have lunch. Our location is located in the beautiful surroundings of Czech-Saxon Switzerland, so many types for trips including bike trails.
