You can leave the car behind, because the PennyMarkt is only a 5-minute walk away, as well as the bus station and various restaurants. The hiking trails to the impressive highlights of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains start right nearby. There are three apartments available to you, which are located directly at the Saxon Switzerland National Park and the Kirnitzschtal. Directly on the edge of the forest and at the end of the village you can enjoy the tranquility and relax. So you can go hiking right away. The traditional Kirnitzschtalbahn [narrow-gauge railway] stops in 20 minutes. On foot, you can ride through the valley to Bad Schandau. Plus tourist tax, for which you will receive the guest card.
