Susan is a wonderful hostess! She communicates well and promptly. Cottage was clean and neat, and felt like home. Great home base for excursions around the Brevard area. Easy access to downtown Cocoa, and the beaches.

A nice abs beautiful spot for a quick stay, plenty to do in the area. I’d definitely stay again!

Ik heb dit verblijf gekozen omdat het huis mooi aan het water gelegen was. We hebben geen dolfijnen gezien maar wel heel veel pelikanen. Het huis vond ik heel mooi, met een tuin vol exotische planten en een pier, gelegen in een rustige buurt. De host geeft hele duidelijke instructies. Het was een prima verblijf, voor herhaling vatbaar.

This apartment was perfect for my family of four. We had so much fun on the beach! We saw so many sea turtles and wildlife around the property. Carolyn and Mike were so friendly and had lots of local food recommendations. We especially loved the German cafe! The apartment had everything we needed. The pull out couch was comfy for our two kids. Thank you so much for hosting us. We’ll be back!!

Kathy and her team truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Their philosophy of treating guests how they would like to be treated really shines through. Excellent communication.The house is beautifully maintained and fully stocked with all the essentials you could possibly need. The home was clean and had more than enough room for our family. Communication was quick and informative. We had a relaxing week in Melbourne. While we were there in April, the beach was very quiet. There were only a few other families on the beach.

stay was great host was amazing. few minor issues fridge issues and the shower backed up. although over all the location was great. price wouldn't have been and issue till some maintenance issues. Over all i would be a returning customer. communication is key and she was great with communication.

This property is a beautiful old style Florida home with polished hardwood floors, ceiling fans, light bright colors and a deep, wide covered front porch that we spent lots of time sitting out on. The breeze from the waterways kept it very comfortable into the evening! Captains Galley across the street - FAB breakfast! Many many great restaurants all around. Blue sky, sun, ocean - paradise. The Fort Pierce inlet park and pier 5 minutes away for local color. Farmers market on Saturday - a mile away (if that) with lots of crafts and foods and music! Music from across the street was of several genres and all very good and really added to the vibe. We definitely plan to return to this jewel of a location 🌴🐠🍍

Samantha was an excellent host. The property was well-maintained, and the surroundings were beautiful. The partially fenced-in backyard was perfect for our big dog. It was a great spot for fishing and crabbing. The dolphins at the end of the dock each day were a great bonus. It was a wonderful place for a quiet family getaway.

Looking for a place to get away and stay in paradise for a while? This is your place! It was absolutely beautiful! The house was costal cute and homey. Comfortable and clean. The host (Jeff) is awesome and super nice. I had a question and he had checked back in on us very promptly. The house had everything you needed for a beach stay and then some. This place is amazing! We had the best time on our family spring break! Morning coffees on the deck while watching dolphins, manatee, sting ray and ducks were a family favorite. We kayaked almost everyday and were treated to dolphin sightings and the most picture perfect sunsets. We were lucky enough to see FOUR space launches! You are a quick walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Thank you, Heather, for a fantastic experience and the perfect family getaway!

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Walkable distance to the beach and multiple pools in the complex. We loved our stay!

Our family just enjoyed another incredible weekend at Mahalo Dudes beachfront condo—our 2nd year returning, and it certainly won’t be our last! The condo is beautifully maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway (we are so thankful for the bountiful towels stocked and ready for use). Waking up to breathtaking ocean views and stepping right onto the sand made every moment feel like paradise. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, from their friendly communication to the small touches that make guests feel truly welcome. We’ve created wonderful memories here, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year. If you're looking for a laid-back, beachside retreat, this is the place to be!

Would 100% stay here again. You can tell everything in the condo was thought out, and they have everything you would need plus more. Being that I had to fly in, there were definitely things I could not bring with me that I wish that I could have that were thankfully at the condo once I arrived, which took that stress off of me. The beach was easy to access and extremely quiet which we loved. 10/10

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

We really enjoyed staying at Cheryl’s place. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was steps away and easily accessible. The patio space at the back of the building had plenty of lounge and rocking chairs. It was a nice place to sit and watch for dolphins in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jeanne’s condo in Cocoa Beach. It was very clean, comfortable, and just steps to the beach! She supplied beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and even towels, just in case you forgot to pack necessities! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Jeanne!

Wir hatten einige schöne Tage Bei Julian, der sogar in der gleichen zeit als wir persönlich vor Ort war. Die Wohnung war klasse, vor allem die Lage im Obergeschoss war angenehm, da wir eine schöne Aussicht auf den Banana River hatten. Der Pool wurde natürlich auch intensiv genutzt, sowie die Kayaks für einen Trip raus auf dem Banana River. Delfinsichtung inklusive! Auch der Strand war klasse, man hat gefühlt einen Kilometer nur für sich und musste nur etwa 2-3 Minuten laufen. Parkplatz war direkt am Haus. Alles was man braucht war da. Vielen dank!

Olga was very accomidating to our schedule. Very easy to communicate with. Condo was as decribed. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again when the time comes.
