Indian River County beach vacation rentals

Excellent stay in a very peaceful neighborhood. I was especially grateful for the very low bunk bed. My 3 year old actually slept through the night and I didn’t have to worry about her getting hurt. Joey and Annie are incredibly responsible and even left a kind note for us. The toiletries in the bathroom were extra appreciated and smelled amazing. The fenced in yard was perfect for my dog. My fave was the porch. Such a great morning coffee spot. Speaking off coffee they had a keurig and regular pot available, perfect for 3 heavy coffee drinkers. When we need to go back to the area i will absolutely be checking to see if the house is available again.

I’ve been using AirBnB for almost 10 years. This was a total best kept secret. We were traveling to a wedding in Vero Beach and the hotel was $800/night and when I found this home I thought it was a joke! I booked it immediately and added a day before and a day after - just to enjoy ourselves! The screened in pool was the BEST. We spent most of our time out there floating and reading and eating. We did not use the grill - but that was because of all the dinner receptions associated with the wedding. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were clean. There were plenty of towels and my son and daughter-in-law used the beach chairs and umbrella when they went to the beach. The Keurig coffeemaker and pods got me through the morning after a late arrival. The neighbors didn’t make any fuss about us - it is a quiet block. We used the oven (electric) for breakfast every morning. The kitchen amenities were great. The home is close to restaurants & Publix food store. ⭐️⭐️⭐

Very nice spot off the beaten path. Very close to Headwaters boat ramp which is awesome. Very clean & not too far from spots to eat.

This house was the perfect getaway for our family to celebrated our youngest high school graduation. It’s located 5 minutes for Publix, 10 minutes for Wabasso Beach (beautiful spot and very peaceful) as well as located in a quite and friendly neighborhood. The hosts had all the goodies and beyond for our short stay (we wish we had the time to spend a few more nights). Overall the host is a perfect 5 stars. Excellent communicator, very sweet and flexible as well as going the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. Thank you Christine for allowing us to enjoy your charming home. This was our 3rd visit to this Air BNB and it is consistently amazing in every way! We just love the home & location, and as always - it was well-stocked, beautifully decorated, and pristine. This is the ideal accommodation for a few couples or a larger single family. The spacious kitchen and family room made it easy for our group of six to hang out and never feel cramped. Great location that was walkable to downtown Vero Beach shops, restaurants, and hotels where other family were staying for the wedding we were there to celebrate. The extra space and amenities in the home made it very easy for us all to get ready versus a cramped hotel room. Beautiful home and hope it remains so for many future guests!

This place is a real gem, we had a lovely time, hanging out by the pool during the day and having dinners outside in the evening. Situated in a beautiful quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes drive to the beach. We hope to be able to return one day soon!

The space was perfect our long weekend stay for a family wedding. The cost was very affordable and reasonable for the space and amenities. Jeff was very responsive to questions and concerns. We visit this area on annual basis and will definitely consider this space again in the future. Loved it!

First, absolutely everything that you would hope for was perfect, from the cleanliness to how this home was beautifully decorated to every amenity you could imagine and more. This home is described perfectly in the pictures but they really don’t do it justice. The attention to detail was amazing as were the extras that you don’t expect. There was a nice gift basket with snacks and a bottle of prosecco welcoming us into the house. The backyard with the pool and gazebo was great. We spent a lot of time out there. And there was a putting green complete with putters and golf balls, a ping pong table, corn hole, a brand new grill and more. I could go on but I’ll run out of space. Finally, the host, aside from providing this beautiful home, was super responsive to every text. Even before we got there. This is what a “SuperHost” is - in every way. Needless to say, if we are ever near Sebastian, this is where we will want to be.
