Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Seaford

We stayed here 4 nights. Altho the temperatures outside we quite high it remained really nice and cool inside, which we liked a lot. The garden is really cozy and provides both sun and shadow which makes it a pleasant place to relax. Everything was as described and the flowers and milk provided were welcoming extras. The only criticism we have is that the countertop felt a bit sticky and that the cupboards are quite cluttered and we had to search sometimes to find what we needed. Overal we would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely place. Nice decor. Not too far from centre. We managed to find free parking overnight about 5 min walk down the road. The host was v quick to respond to any queries. She also messaged to check if everything was ok and if we needed anything, which was really nice of her. Would highly recommend this place

Just experienced the most perfect 3 day stay, in an absolutely ideal location in Rye. A spotlessly clean, stunning character filled property with low beams, wonky walls and sloping floors, which all add to it's wonderful charm. A very responsive, helpful and kind host, who really wants you to enjoy your time there. No questions too hard and always a very warm prompt response from Becky. Nestled in the South Downs, a few miles north of Brighton, in a quintessential English village, We found The Granary, here to spend some time with our adult children and grandchildren. The house is absolutely gorgeous, the kitchen is huge and well equipped, but the star is the lounge, high ceilings with oak beams. But the house is only part of the story, stroll around the beautiful, extensive grounds you will feel like lord and lady of the manor!

Amazing place right on the beach - fun driving through the sunbathers to the house which was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.

Myself and 5 of my girlfriends spent the weekend at this cottage to celebrate a special occasion. The cottage is absolutely stunning. It is even better in person than in the photos (which is saying something!). It was clean and had all essential amenities, including shampoo / conditioner, towels. shower gel, tea bags, coffee, milk, the list goes on! It is tucked away and very quiet and peaceful which is just what we wanted. We were able to get into Brighton city centre easily using a local taxi service which is recommended by the hosts. We had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. Highly recommend! Thank you :)

Tom and Rachel's kitchen in particular, stood out as being among the most thoughtfully stocked that we have used in 10 years as regular AirBNB users. If you enjoy cooking, this is the place for you. The bed is very soft. that's neither pro nor con, but it is worth noting. Location is close to several excellent restaurants and cafes in the Seven Dials area.

I stayed in Alexandre‘s apartment with my ten year old son and we both fell in love with the place at first sight. The high ceilings, the old wooden floor, the furniture, the views - everything is beautiful. Alexandre’s taste is exceptionally good. The view into the backyard, which is full of trees, is totally soothing. While having breakfast, we spotted squirrels, birds and two foxes strolling around. Alexandre was very helpful and always replied within very short time. We also appreciated the area very much. There are some really good cafés - and the Asian restaurants on Preston Street are just amazing. My son said, he could „eat in this street for the rest of his life.“ I almost agreed. ;) Hope to come back one day! Thank you, Alexandre!

Fantastic place with everything you need. Great location very close to the train station and the city centre. The check-in was easy and convenient. I really recommend this place!

Lovely apartment by Worthing seafront, with all the comforts needed for a short stay. Super clean , all very new. The hosts were quick in communications and instructions to access very clear. We would have loved a little “welcome breakfast” kit , as we arrived late evening with a kid , and we did not have time for food shopping. Overall, very nice place to stay!

Thank you Mathew for allowing us to stay with our dogs. Even though our stay was an emotional one, we felt right at home and that made things a whole lot easier. Being Autistic with other disabilities/difficulties, it can be very hard travelling and staying away at different locations. From the moment we arrived we felt like we belonged which really helped me to cope, thank you We loved the basement apartment, it was perfect from everything it offered, to the unique quaintness of its character, to how quiet it was, to feeling so warm and inviting. We look forward to returning again

Fabulous view, local buses and trains to all places we wanted to go, great restaurant/bar on end of the pier. M & S food nearby. Great walks to West Worthing and beyond. Apartment spotlessly clean and spacious. Really lovely, thank you!

Really stylish and beautiful flat. We stayed here for a weekend during a dance festival and we couldn't ask for anything more charming and comfortable than this! Plus the hosts were super helpful with any of our requests. Totally recommend!

Really loved this flat was so impressed by the treats like the milks oat and cows chocolate biscuits and very generously the coffee pods for the machine we were chuffed to find salt pepper spices plenty of loo roll body wash soap really impressed the towels were gorgeous quality ( very rare ) a huge bath sheet just great the bed was very comfy and again the bed linen expensive and luxurious these touches really make a difference we loved our stay and will deffo be coming back the location is awesome couple of minutes to the sea with great pubs and restaurants on your doorstep Victoria very friendly we loved our stay

Jeani was sensational! One of the babies in our group had to go to an and e and she was so generous and kind while we had to stay longer at the house. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Little Rock was the perfect place for our group of family and friends to socialise and relax. The building is modern and in great condition. I'd highly recommend this for large groups or families who want peace and serenity, with all the comforts of home.

A beautiful English house at the countryside from Sussex. The “backyard” is Ashdownforest, a beautiful green wide and open Forest. Annemette was a very friendly and helpfull host, we felt very at Home!

Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden.We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend.The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

It was simply perfect for our professor's 50th birthday celebration.
