Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sea Ranch

We had a fantastic stay at the Valley View apartment! Lynn gave us clear directions, and her detailed guidebook was incredibly helpful for planning our time in Napa and Sonoma. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, with stunning views and a beautifully maintained property. We loved the peaceful setting. There are cows on the property, plus we spotted turkeys, deer, and even got daily visits from Hazel the cat, which was such a sweet bonus. This is a truly special place, and Lynn is an exceptional host. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoyed our several days in Sonoma at this property. The rental was less than a block away from shopping and restaurants, and the town center. It was very well furnished, clean and comfy. The two bedrooms and two baths were both very spacious, perfect for two couples. The living area and kitchen were great, and we appreciated the coffee pods and Keurig. We were in the upstairs unit. Parking was simple in the back, right by the stairs. Of course, we were very close to the Sonoma wineries and Napa was a short and easy drive away. In summary, this rental was excellent and I would recommend it without reservation.

Absolutely incredible place! I have stayed at many airbnbs either for private travel or travel with large groups and this has by far been my favorite places we stayed at. Incredibly peaceful and friendly community, reminded me a lot of my hometown up in the mountains. There is plenty of adventures to go on if you are a nature lover. If you are not a fan of small communities without any “main brand” franchises near by, you might want to consider staying somewhere closer to Mill Valley but the family owned businesses here are top notch! The hiking trail right by the house was incredible and the beaches there private and very well maintained. Belinda and her husband were always responsive even though we didn’t have many questions and were great hosts with many recommendations that we went to! I couldn’t recommend this place enough especially if you need a secluded retreat! Will definitely be coming back here again!

The best place to stay in Sonoma! We felt right at home at Lily’s Loft and can’t wait to return!

A magical Mendocino stay. My family and I always enjoy our time in this cute seaside village. Delightful views and great location to explore the area and trails.

The Treehouse was a beautiful spot in a beautiful location. It’s close to lovely shops, the views from the room are gorgeous, and the host is very welcoming and thoughtful. I highly recommend it!

This place was beautiful, quaint, and the perfect getaway for 2! I went with a friend and we absolutely loved it while visiting both Napa and Sonoma. The surroundings are gorgeous and the apartment itself was so comfy and cozy. Eileen was also an amazing host! She always responded quickly and had recs on the ready!

Magical spot, right on the bluffs and just close enough to the trail, beaches and town. Lovely hot tub and well-stocked kitchen. Great to be back at Sea Ranch!

My Fiancé Jason and I loved staying at Matthew's Airbnb! The location was perfect! Upon our first evening of arrival, we were greeted by three deers grazing just outside the window. It was so special. The home is a quick walk to the bluffs and a few minutes to the local pool and sauna's. We truly felt a part of the community. It felt safe, quaint, and relaxing. The home itself was super easy to entire and there was a perfect parking space to unload and load our belongings. There was everything in the kitchen needed for making dinner and the waffle maker provided was my FAVORITE, it was such a lovely addition. We definitely had the chance to unwind and experience everything that Sea Ranch has to offer, and we look forward to coming back! Definitely recommend Matthew's space to anyone looking for an easy and comfortable space to stay during your travel up North!

Mark was available to answer questions quickly. The home is in a great location close to a walking trail connecting to the coastal trail. May is a beautiful time to visit! The home cools down at night and warms up nicely in the sun. There was plenty of wildlife to observe. There were only two of us so we didn’t come close to occupying the space, but it would be a comfortable rental for 2 couples with a few children or grandparents and a small family. This said, the stairs might make it difficult for those with mobility challenges. The breeze-way is a versatile space—loved this feature! Marks book collection could keep you enchanted for weeks🌼

Insel Island is the perfect place to stay in Sea Ranch. It was peaceful and very appealing aesthetically — just like it was described and pictured. Grace and Samantha were very proactive and clear with their instructions and guidance. We enjoyed our holiday weekend here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a well maintained, beautiful, private home in the area.

This house is a gem! We loved it all-the art, the furniture, the records, the loft, the trees, the hot tub, the hikes, the glow on the trees from the sunset, everything! Our highlights were the hike down to the river, trying all the pools and saunas to find our favorites and the prawn tacos at the seafood shack. The house was perfect for our family of four and we can't wait to visit again!

Anu’s house in the Sea Ranch was perfect for our group. So easy to walk to the bluff trail, well equipped kitchen and gorgeous views of the stars from the hot tub and decks at night. We also really enjoyed the ocean view from the master bedroom and sitting in the sun on the front deck.

We had a great stay at Rich & Wanda's AirBnB! It's very affordable, which allowed us to have a nice, long stay! It's tucked in a great location in Sea Ranch, not far from nearby beaches and Gualala's "town center" with grocery stores, gas, and restaurants. We loved the small sunny backyard, the front deck off one of the bedrooms, and all the windows upstairs—lots of sunlight and breeze! We felt right at home and so did our dog, who was permitted to sit on the couch and chair (thanks to the pet covers!) and also the bed at night. Finally, Rich and Wanda were excellent in their communication; helpful information and details and quick responses to questions or concerns. Truly a wonderful trip, and we can't wait for our next opportunity to book with Rich & Wanda again!

We enjoyed our time at The Bluffs last week. It's a wonderful, cozy and comfortable place to spend time unwinding. Great ocean views. We liked the convenience of taking the walking trail in front of the house which leads out to the bluff trail. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking meals: pots, pans, utensils, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, etc. Quiet and peaceful area with deer and other wildlife. We recommend picking up a map of Sea Ranch area at the association office if you want to explore the beaches and trails more. John was very prompt with any questions we had about the house. We look forward to returning again. - Liz

Loved having a kitchen and BBQ so we could cook some meals. Convenient location to get to markets, bakeries, and get to scenic locations. Visits to local restaurants, breweries and wineries made it an enjoyable place to stay.

Perfect location in the quaint town of Windsor! Short drive to the Windsor Green, Healdsburg Square, and wineries. The space is clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I loved staying here! There was so many things available to do in the area! Be warned though the welcome desk will try to talk you into going to a timeshare meeting. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Our stay was really nice overall! I highly recommend this listing for anyone with kids. There were multiple pools with with kiddie pools (1 foot deep) and several hot tubs located throughout the resort property. There’s also a restaurant within walking distance. The only issue I had was the layout of the units we stayed in which is that the window to the bedroom with the two twins (where I had planned to have my children sleep) has a big window that faces out into the walkway. Our unit was street facing so anyone could come into the resort. The window locked and honestly the resort felt like it was in a fairly safe area so not a deal breaker, I just think it’s worth noting. Other than that, the unit was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! This is a timeshare so they did ask if I wanted to sit in on a presentation but I didn’t feel pressured at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place with a short walk to the lake. The lobby has a pool table, arcade, etc. A flock of ducks roam around and comes up to the sliding glass door asking for bread which was pretty cool. Good place to stay!

We stayed as part of a large family reunion, with family members in various units in this complex. This worked out really well, and management was kind enough to allow us to have a BBQ on the patio near the main entrance building. Very enjoyable stay overall

great quiet spot. close to town where you could easily walk to many places. the place was very cozy and the porch was great in the evening for a last glass of wine. the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. they were responsive and gave lots of options for the area. the price is great for this area of California. would absolutely stay again.

The place is big enough for 5 to 6 people but I think there is a restriction. The bed in the living area can easily fit 2 and king bed can fit 3 people like us!! Very spacious kitchen and loving dining. Bonus was the laundry. Very helpful after a day in the pool…. Great stay!! Definitely will recommend!! If you want lake view you have to request earlier!! Just wanted to let you know!! That is what the resort told us!!
