Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sea of Marmara

Yalcin was extremely communicative, making it an easy and comfortable stay. The walk to the third floor is a bit of a hike, but Hamdi came to assist both upon checkin and checkout. The hospitality both showed was excellent. The apt is in a bustling area and is a great value.

First, the host Efkan was terrific. Waiting for us at the front door, he carried our two suitcases up to the 5th floor apartment, saving two old travellers from the struggle of doing it ourselves! Efkan responded to all our texts almost immediately, and was a great host The flat is well equiped (although no oven),and has a fantastic terrace overlooking the Bosphorous, where my wife and I enjoyed a glass of wine every evening. A joy. It is very central (beside the Galata Tower), so good for seeing all the important attractions, either on foot, public transport or taxi. Being in the center of town means there are street noises at night, like car horns, or people on a night out...nothing unusual, but part of city life.

The location was the best. In front of our accommodation was a port from which everything was very easily accessible by ferry. The Besiktas neighborhood was also very nice and diverse. And in the evening you could enjoy a great view of the harbor and the Bosphorus every day in the accommodation.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the place, the location and the host! She was very friendly and very accommodating to our check in and out times. The location is great, less than a 5 minute walk to Galata tower. Thank you for such a great stay!

Sena was an excellent host! He was proactive, a great communicator, and went above and beyond to be sure we had what we needed. The location is very good - out of the touristy areas but easy access to local restaurants where we could eat an authentic meal for a reasonable price surrounded by locals. The apartment had everything we needed, including a GREAT drying rack, which was fantastic for our load of laundry. Everything was clean and in good working order. Thanks for the great stay!

This place is great. The location is 100m to Galata Tower and is walkable to all the main attractions on the European side. This is also the restaurant and shopping area, so everything you need is just a few minutes away. The apartment is spacious and clean, and the washer and dryer are very helpful. It was a perfect spot for us. Would highly recommend and Murat is a great host - very responsive and accommodating.

Excellent and very responsive host... came personally to address some issues after we inform him of our difficulty. Location of apartment is excellent. Right next to Taksim Square, with very convenient subway, and many restaurants and grocery stores nearby! Apartment was very comfortable, with sufficient amenities for all our needs.

A safe place where you can enjoy a smooth stay, a place where you can see the nature and city views in one frame, the forest view during the day and the city lights at night are truly magnificent, all kinds of tools and equipment to meet your needs are available in the house, you don't have to worry about anything, and finally, there are parking lots everywhere, I had no problems, I would definitely recommend it

Alper and Banu are proactive hosts. They are friendly and caring hosts ensuring things are well for you. The location is right at Taksim square however when travelling with I suggest you to take a cab as the house is at uphill. Also the house is spacious however and pretty. There are very good restaurants and cafes around and the house is at a happening place. Alper ensured we feel at home despite language barrier.

Good place, reasonable price

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

If you plan to visit the historic sites in Istanbul, Giorgio’s place should be first on your list of places to look at. Located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and more, Giorgio’s apartment was an ideal spot for what we wanted to see in Istanbul. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious and the hosts were super responsive. Communication was quick and helpful. The airport transfers for three day stays and longer made check in a breeze. And Giorgio arranged for return transfers to the airport (for a fee). This made checking out a breeze. There is a fantastic restaurant 10 meters from the front door (Begonville Cafe) where the workers treat you like family. Overall, our visit to Istanbul was stress free in part due to Giorgio’s apartment. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to stay at Giorgio’s place.

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

We had a great time in Istanbul in this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a stone's throw from the Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to access the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is undoubtedly one of the best locations to discover Istanbul. We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful, peaceful area. Hamed was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!
