Cat Forest # Autumn Forest is a 2-person accommodation with 7 cats and 1 dog. ***It is not suitable for those who hate cats because they live on the deck used by cats (you can give food or water depending on the situation^^) They are gentle and follow people well. It includes a private deck where you can enjoy barbecue and fire holes even when it rains. (Bring firewood or buy it at the accommodation) The location of the accommodation is located under the recreational forest in Joongmi Mountain, Yangpyeong-gun, and there are 2 famous valleys within 10 minutes by car if you want a clear stream of 6 km or more and a deep valley within a 3-minute walk. The accommodation consists of a double floor (1st floor-sofa and armchair, 2nd floor-bedroom) and is about 60m2. You can go directly to the barbecue deck through the large window in the front. The Cat Forest is divided into spring, summer, and autumn forests, and each has its own private deck, so you can spend a peaceful holiday in a separate flow. Yeongwol Bonglasan 450 is a private chalet with starlight pouring out. It is the only heavy wood structure single-family home on the property of 2000 pyeong, so the private feeling is attractive. It is a 15-minute drive from Yeongwol Station, so the access is good. At night, there are a lot of stars pouring in and the sound of birds that change every season. Haruya Guesthouse

Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.

This is the Kominka style BNB in Yamanakako. “Hirano no Hama” A 8 min walk to the breathtaking view of Mt Fuji overlooking the lake. Only a 5 min walk from the Hirano highway bus terminal to connect “Busta Shinjuku” / Tokyo Sta. Tourists in the most walkable neighborhoods of Hirano ward will find a car isn't necessary to get around.
