Highly recommend Akiko's cottage for a memorable and extremely comfortable stay in Shimoda! The location is terrific, but the house's charm and warmth almost make you never want to leave! Everything you need is provided on the property, and there's such thoughtful design and care that has gone into this place. It's a lovely cottage with beautiful touches everywhere, and we were so comfortable and happy for our three nights. Akiko's also possibly the best hostess we've ever had, and not only did she have fresh flowers to welcome us, she sent recommendations for everything we were interested in. So friendly and kind!

It was a property for 4 people, but there was a sea right in front of it, and the property felt like Jeju, so it was really nice. There were a lot of dishes in the kitchen, so it was very convenient to pack food and eat, and there was coffee, which was very delicious! The bed was not uncomfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet, so there was no problem sleeping at night. ~ I had a very good stay!

I was very cautious and worried when choosing a place to stay because I was traveling with a baby, but it was so nice! It was spacious and clean, and each room had air conditioning! I was more satisfied than I expected and rested comfortably before heading out! ^^

The accommodation was clean overall, and the cute accessories stood out. You can see Gwangan Bridge and the wide sea from the bedroom. It was more beautiful at dawn. It's a good place to stay

Everything was a perfect accommodation….. It❤️ was a great healing for me who needed to rest, the lawn was wide, but it was so well managed that my dog jumped around!! The lakeside promenade right in front was also calm, so it was the best. 🤍🤍🤍 Thank you!!

Everything was sudden because of the flight cancellation, but it was usually full of reservations, but I guess it was because of the bad news, so I had a room. I didn't want to stay in any other ordinary accommodation and wanted to sleep in a cozy accommodation, so I chose it, but it's really the same as the photos and the living room veranda?It was like a cafe. I was so satisfied with the accommodation, and the owner couple kept giving me information. ^^ I didn't make any plans, but it was so nice. There is a Seonnyetang right in front of the accommodation, but I couldn't find the location, so I sent a message, and Mr. Chase came down right away on his motorcycle. He also took a nice photo and video, and took me to a view restaurant after snorkeling. I had so much fun talking to Mr. Chust, and if I go to Ulleungdo next time, I definitely want to hang out with him!! It was spacious and pleasant for two people to use, and I think it's perfect for 4 people to use. I'll be flocking to the wall!!

Daniel's house is incredibly spacious, with a beautiful sea view—it's truly stunning. The five of us stayed for a few days and didn’t want to leave. The beach is just downstairs, and the area is lively with plenty of street food stalls. The washing machine and dryer in the house were lifesavers for us. At our previous house in Nampo-dong, there was no washing machine, so we had to do laundry outside, which was very inconvenient. Here, we could do laundry every day. Daniel himself is the most responsible host I’ve ever met. He responded quickly to all my questions and even helped me look up attraction tickets. On the day we left, he even stored our luggage for us. He personally checked the cleaning details to ensure everything was spotless—I could really feel how dedicated he is to running this Airbnb.If you’re visiting Haeundae, you must stay at his place!

Gorgeous architecture and fabulous indoor design. The hot tub was very neat and pretty. Should have spared more time to spend at the Airbnb. Spotted and killed 2 cockroaches but the place was otherwise very neat and clean. I guess it's inevitable due to the location and surroundings. Overall excellent experience.

Thank you very much to the B&B owner for providing us with a perfect graduation trip experience. The fragrance of the room is unforgettable.The surrounding wilderness, flowers and plants, the distant bay and sunset, made us reluctant to leave.The kitchen utensils of this homestay are also very retro and stylish, with an exquisite oven, a water dispenser that can dispense cold water, and a refrigerator and fire extinguisher that match the style of the room, all of which make people feel the care of the owner of the room.Next time I bring my family to Jeju, I will choose this listing again!

It was nice to enjoy a peaceful trip. I liked the outdoor space the most, the view was nice, the light bulbs were pretty, and there were chairs and tables, so I enjoyed the view, ate and drank coffee. The interior was clean and smelled nice, so I slept well. It was a pity that I only stayed one night. I totally recommend it!!

The accommodation was spacious and clean. It was easy to park, and there was everything, so I only had to bring myself! I want to visit again with my family next time~

The Host was extremely helpful, gracious and friendly. Extremely prompt and professional. She was so hospitable and the amenities were excellent. Truly one of the best stays ever.

It’s such a beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay very much! Will definitely recommend a visit to this lovely airbnb. However, do note that finding the place and the drive in might be a little harder as it’s a one way road. But nonetheless it was such a lovely and clean place that made us love Jeju even more.

This is a one of kind stay with plenty of personal touches (home baked bread/treat for breakfast, fresh coffee beans etc.). The house is absolutely stunning and very well kept - the host provided clear instructions and was so helpful with our check in. The place is a close walk to the Aweol cafe street, about 30 min walk to the nearest beach and has lots of cute restaurants and bars in the area. Would definitely come back - also great accessibility for those driving with free public parking across the street.

Ocean view room with panoramic view of floor to ceiling windows, Gwanganri Beach is unobstructed, with beautiful scenery. Hygienic, very clean, no need to take out your own trash.It is decorated with good quality and tasteful, and the sound is very emotional and atmospheric. It feels like home and will make people want to stay here and come back next time.

I barely succeeded in booking and stayed in the Angakshi project. I knew why it was so popular as soon as I arrived. I stayed peacefully for a day in a house I want to live in. I'll find it again.

Absolutely amazing experience! The apartment is clean and modern with everything we needed and more, and in a stunning location right on the beach with tons of restaurants in walking distance. Aunt was responsive, kind and very helpful! We will definitely be staying here again if we return to Busan! Couldn’t recommend more

This is perhaps the best AirBnB we have ever stayed in! It’s stunning and stylish. Distinctly Jeju. We loved the quiet and picturesque village as well as the house which has been presented with incredible attention to detail. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Exactly what we expected ~ I found peaceful and relax listening the sound of raindrop outside the garden. The host stay right next to the house, where can be easily reach out for assistance, we have some difficulty finding the entrance , the host shows up quickly and guide us. Overall, it is a great place for relax and recharge.

Had an amazing 3 night at Cathy's.. Cozy apartment with everything you need. The balcony and the view is fantastic! Great location, take the elevator down and you basically have 1 minute to the beach, and to restaurants and stores. Easy access to the place and Cathy was really friendly and helpful when I arrived earlier than planned and I could store my luggage before my check-in time. The whole vibe of the area and the apartment was really something. I would recommend all of you to stay here. It was perfect!

Perfect location, easy to get to Hakone via public transport. Enjoyed the beach that’s just around the corner. Accommodation was super clean and comfortable! Host was very responsive and accommodating. Our stay here has been amazing!
