Cozy, relaxing, and quiet residential area. Close to fast foods, fine dining, banks, and grocery stores. Sea Side 10 minutes, Pt Pleasant 15 minutes, , Private Beach across the street, Hour drive to Atlantic City, Ocean County Mall 4 miles, NJ Transit Bus Stop 3/4 of a mile. Suitable for travelers, vacationers, or out of town relatives or friends visiting. Beautiful view from private deck.

Apartment with kitchenette, fridge and microwave (no stove). Full bathroom with shower. Second floor loft bedroom with closet. Private porch. Off-street parking for ONE vehicle only. Close to bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Short five block walk to beach. This unit is for a maximum of two guests ONLY! NO PETS ALLOWED. There are year round tenants living next door. If you have more than two guests, please choose another listing.
What guests are saying:“This is a cool space. Very clean, excellent wifi, good coffee, good air conditioning. It is about a 10 min walk to the beach, but any inconvenience caused by this is leveled out by the proximity to Main St. with all its places to eat, and its a like a 3 min walk from Bar A if you are interested in the nightlife. Mark is prompt and clear with his communication, and you get a free parking spot. Pretty good deal, especially for the shore. PS. Bike cops hang at the edge of the parking lot at night sometimes, I think to make sure the Bar A crowd doesn't bring any rowdiness into the neighborhood.”
The house is located in a quiet beautiful area in Howell, New Jersey. My family and I are happy to share our house with you. The place is an ideal variant for business travelers, medical students, couples and solo adventures. Our house is very comfortable, clean and has a friendly environment. Safe neighborhood.
What guests are saying:“Livija’s place was perfect for our trip to the jersey shore. The space was extremely clean and the setup was great. A large air conditioned room located in the basement with a queen sized bed, end tables, a large dresser, a couch, a coffee table and a big TV. There was a separate entrance and tons of privacy. We felt as if we had our own place. There was a small kitchen and a bathroom located in the upstairs hallway, right before the door with the steps leading down to the basement and right after the private entryway. The bathroom was extremely clean and the shower was very large. I’d definitely recommend staying here. There is street parking right outside the home and it’s about a 15-20 minute drive to the point pleasant beach / boardwalk.”
