Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Klein aber fein, schickes kleines Studio für zwei

Herzlich willkommen! Euch erwartet ein modern eingerichtetes, kleines Studio im Hochparterre eines Zweifamilienhauses. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet: Kapselkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank. Der Ausblick geht in unseren schönen Garten, Fahrräder können dort abgestellt werden. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. In 10 Min. ist man mit dem Fahrrad in der schönen Innenstadt oder in 15 Min. am nächsten See. Keine zentrale Lage!

Separate Unterkunft mit eigenem Bad

Die Unterkunft ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen (an der L63). Bushaltestelle ist 100 m vom Grundstück entfernt. Parken ist am Haus möglich. Bäcker mit Frühstücksangebot ist zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar, Stadtzentrum in 20 min; mit dem Auto 15 min bis Dessau-Zentrum u. 20 min bis Köthen. Ihr habt vom Treppenhaus einen direkten Zugang zur Unterkunft. Grill- u. Feuerstelle sind im Garten vorhanden. Elbe, Biosphärenreservat, Wassertretstelle u. a. bieten viele Erholungsmöglichkeiten in der Natur.

Remise mit Weitblick

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer 120 Jahre alten Backstein-Remise. Sie hat freien Blick nach Süden ins Havelland. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, a main shopping area in West Berlin and around 15 minutes from Potsdam. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden...

Unsere frisch-renovierte Wohnung in der ersten Etage lädt im modernen Stil zum Verweilen ein. Ebenfalls bieten wir einen Abholservice nach Absprache (bis 20km Umkreis) f. einen Aufpreis an. Pool sowie Whirlpool (draußen überdacht) gibt es bei uns natürlich auch und ist inklusive. Bitte uns vorher dazu ansprechen. 😊

Unsere 70 m² große Gästewohnung (2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad und großer Garten) in idyllischer Lage am Rande des Niederoderbruchs bietet Raum für Erholung und Landleben.Auf unserem Hof leben viele Tiere. Ein Badesee im Dorf ist fußgängig erreichbar - die Alte Oder, Wald, Wiesen und Felder laden zum Naturerlebnis und einfach nur "Seele baumeln lassen" ein. The cabin is located just an hour‘s drive from the center of Berlin. It’s located in a forested area primarily used for recreation. The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering.
