Our house consists of two apartments and is located south of Vienna. By car or bus/train, the transport connection to Vienna is provided. The apartment on the upper floor is available for our guests. Shared use: house entrance (but own apartment entrance door), garden, pool (in summer in good weather, not heated and not secured)

Das komplett neu renovierte kleine Haus ist genau richtig, wenn du in einer ruhigen Gegend ganz in der Nähe des Flughafen eine passende Unterkunft suchst. Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

Get some fresh air? Then live in our apartment with its own private terrace. A free parking space in the house is also available for you. We are located in the middle of the beautiful Ottakring district, not far from the Brunnenmarkt and the Ottakringer Brewery. Tram line 2 right outside the door takes you to all major sights in the city center in just 15 minutes without changing lines. Bus 10A also gets you to Schönbrunn Palace in about 15 minutes without changing lines.

Apartment near VIENNA Airport

Enjoy the simple life at this quiet and centrally located home. The apartment is 3 minutes from Vienna State border. 10 minutes from Vienna Airport (by car). By train, it is 10 minutes from the airport (2 stations) and the apartment is an 8-minute walk from the train station, so you can come by public transport 6 PM - 8 PM minutes to the apartment. By train it costs €3, by taxi €25-30. From this centrally located place you are in no time at all important places

Perfectly close to Vienna, Burgenland, airport, CAE training center, petrochemicals, Borealis or OMV. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a modern living area with TV and 2 bedrooms. There is a small supermarket and nice restaurants nearby. A short distance by bike or on foot allows quick public access to Vienna.
