There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

The gondola to the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area is just a 5-minute ride away by free ski bus or car. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an active holiday, the Kaiserfleckerl is the perfect starting point in the heart of Tyrol.

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. The listed house looks romantic from the outside and the mountain panorama in the background makes this gem a special eye-catcher. Inside, on the first floor, a 75 sqm apartment awaits you, which was completely renovated and modernized in 2015. In this unique place, the flair of the old farmhouse meets modern furnishings.

Exclusive apartment with a hot tub and infrared cabin! It is located in the center of Kolsass. This includes a large garden, a private garage and parking spaces. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.
