We had a great time in Greiz and felt very comfortable at the place. We were immediately received in a very friendly manner and the apartment was great and very lovingly decorated and equipped. We'd love to come back!! 😊

Zuzana is a great host and her apartment is absolutely spotless clean, very nicely setup and in a great part of town. Morning sun in one window and afternoon sun in the other side. The location is top, slightly out of the main area which makes it quiet at night, but still easily walkable to everything. If you are working and travelling like ai was this apartment is very well setup with 2x comfortable workspaces. 100% recommend

The place was great. Everything was as described. Miroslav and the other staff members of the facility were super friendly. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. Everything was perfect, we will be happy to come back.

Our site manager was super satisfied with his stay at Rico's! He liked the stylish and tastefully furnished apartment very much, he felt completely comfortable. What a place to stay...... there are no wishes left unfulfilled. A complete, high-quality equipment with everything you could ask for. And this in an apartment that is modern and openly designed, equipped with generous space and top technology. All this and the very likeable hosts, in a wonderful down-to-earth environment make a holiday a highlight. Always approachable, very helpful and with the warm parents on site in the same house, but as an apartment with separate outdoor access, you feel like a guest as a king. Uncomplicated and very flexible charging of the electric car was possible, parking in front of the house on sight in a quiet, upscale residential area rounded off the overall picture. All consumables were available, even coffee beans were available for arrival and a first cup of espresso in the coffee machine. Unfortunately, we only stayed here for a few days. Thank you again.

A fabulous apartment and hosts! It's in the middle of the touristic center, but as it's a "penthouse" and there are no beer-bars under the buildings, it feels very private. Be ready to make 130 steps up, which makes it an amazing cardio! There was a smart TV where I was able to add my Google account so my parents were able to watch their favorite movies on YouTube. The apartment basically had everything we needed. I'm very satisfied!

Quiet place in the city center

A very clean, spacious and pleasant apartment with a beautiful view over the old town of Karlsbad! Walking requires some of your fitness and capabilities, please keep this in mind. There are no stairs in the building, it is on the ground floor. Balcony is small and on the side of the house near a busy road. Nice bed and good kitchen and bathroom!

Great place for families and large groups. Exactly as described. It's in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery. Dana was our hostess and was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovingly furnished house! The rooms are designed with a lot of taste and attention to detail – you immediately feel comfortable. We especially liked the location: pleasantly quiet, so you can relax wonderfully, and yet you are in the middle of the city in a short time. A perfect combination of relaxation and good connections. We would come back anytime and would highly recommend this place.

This is a beautiful tiny house with a morning and evening terrace, in absolute silence. Lovingly, crazy furnished, which was perfect for us! Perfect even with our dogs!Everything we needed. Chemnitz, Aue, Schwarzenberg and Gotha, close to Zwickau and super interesting! The best thing for us, as gourmets and former restaurateurs, was the Jägerklause in Waldbach! Extremely good, home-cooked food!!! Asparagus, fish, game burger, roast really great! (Opening hours!) This short vacation was so successful!!! We'll repeat it!

We had a wonderful stay! Rebekka was always incredibly friendly and helped us a lot from the beginning, the communication was excellent and she was able to accommodate us very flexibly despite a few spontaneous changes on our part. We felt right at home in this beautiful house! A great place to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and unwind.

We spent an extended family weekend at the place and felt very comfortable! Although it rained a lot, we did not get bored. The furnishings of the house are also well equipped for rainy days. It offers a lot of variety, such as a sauna, table tennis and billiards. And because of the many rooms, there is also enough space to be able to retreat. We highly recommend the place!

We can only recommend the accommodation. We have been there for the second time and it is still a great price/performance for the area. There's nothing missing here. The children liked to play with the existing toys and stuffed animals. Communication with Jan also went smoothly. Everything was great, 100% recommendation.

The location is also great: The surroundings are quiet and pleasant, at the same time the center is not far away and easily accessible. Perfect for exploring the city and surrounding area! Had a comfortable stay with my family. Even though i didn’t stay up till the end of my stay but everything is just buttery smoth. Petr is easy to communicate with and has the initiative to give the best recommendations for it city has to offer so yes. Comfortable place

The accommodation matches the description. Clear instructions for arrival and departure. There is also a functional washing machine on site. The only disadvantage is the only window directly to the main road which is at the ground, so you can not ventilate for a long time because you are afraid that someone will climb into the apartment. Otherwise, everything is clean and very nice. The last thing is completely blunt knives, so if you're going for a longer period of time and want to cook, I recommend taking your own knife.

Petr's place was optimally located for me. Parking is just around the corner. You can also shop for groceries just downstairs in the small shop. I felt very comfortable

Roman’s apartment was excellent - very clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. You can tell a lot of thought went into making sure guests have everything they need. Reaching the apartment requires a bit of fitness, but the effort is absolutely worth it for the comfort and great location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!
