Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The modern residential unit consists of upcycling overseas containers. The obsolete freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe haven in Wertheim. From the creative upcycling idea, benefits not only our environment, but also you. The Tiny House offers you everything you would expect from a modern microhouse on 26m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, an illuminated parking lot right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own house.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Large, cozy and family-friendly apartment with balcony and garden. With attention to detail, fully equipped. With a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Another room with single bed that can be pulled out. We have toys, books, etc. so that even the little ones feel comfortable with us. Kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with a washer/dryer. Balcony and garden available. A parking space is included. You are welcome to bring a dog or cat (or both).
