"Lil´s Dahoam" - feel-good apartment in Zell am See

"My kingdom of heaven"- that's what I call my apartment. As you can see, I have chosen the furniture and materials with a lot of love. Not only the apartment, also the location is a dream - a few minutes walk to the center and the cable cars and yet in absolute tranquility, elevated over the rooftops of Zell am See with spectacular lake and mountain views. A true gem! In the house there is a small wellness oasis waiting, in front of the door a beautiful hiking trail... Request quickly:-)

The location is absolutely breathtaking—surrounded by nature, with serene views that make you instantly feel relaxed and refreshed. The accommodation was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. Every detail felt thoughtful and welcoming, making it a real home away from home. Aleksandra was exceptional—warm, helpful, and respectful .she offered great local tips and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Whether you’re looking to hike, unwind, or just disconnect from the noise of daily life, this place is perfect. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Fantastic apartment with lots of peace and lake view

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. It was very clean and modern and suited our needs exactly. Doris was super-helpful prior to, and during our stay, including helping dry our snowboarding clothes when they got a bit wet. The kitchen had everything we needed including coffee machine, toaster, kettle, good quality pots and pans. It was also very nice to find a good quality set of kitchen knives with sharpener, most welcome. The apartment is approx ten minutes walk to the City Express lift to the main skiing area which is fine. There is a wee bit of a hill to negotiate but nothing too strenuous. Doris lives next door so was always on hand if we needed anything which was really nice. Before we left Doris and family invited us into their beautiful home for a wee drink and a chat. We had a lovely evening with Doris & Harry where we discussed our mutual love of Scotch Whisky... my head didn't thank me for it the next day. Overall would highly recommend staying here, wonderful!

Modern and cosy appartment, clean and comfortable. Conveniently located with bus stop to ski-lifts in Zell am See only a 5 minute walk from the appartment. Fresh bread, basic groceries and take-away pizza available from Hapimag resort next door. Last but not least, a very kind and friendly host!

We were a group of 5 or 6 people and were dependent on a flexible arrangement of the arrival and departure time. This was granted to us without any problems. The view was fantastic, as the apartment is located above the mountain (having your own car is important). The apartment corresponded to the pictures. The apartment was modern, had a well-equipped kitchen and corresponded to the photos. There was a larger room with a normal-sized double bed, as well as another room with a slightly smaller double bed for cuddling as well as a large alcove double bed, as well as a couch. Communication was very nice and the rental company's response was quick. We would come back any time.
