But: If you are looking for comfort, perfection or a modern, clean and functional place to stay, you will be disappointed here and should therefore NOT read on (there are more suitable offers for this). . But if you are looking for a unique house with lots of charm and history, and do not mind that it attracts that the window gets stuck and crumbles here as the plaster, you should definitely read on and visit the "house on the hill".

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a fireplace. It is also excellent for families. With a very large garden and sauna house. The lake is only 3 minutes away on foot. The Tegernsee Höhenweg leads directly from the house. In total, we have 5 bedrooms. One of them has a bed and a bunk bed. The second only with a bunk bed. The other 3 rooms simply have a double bed.
